Lisa Asendorf joined Engel & Völkers Falmouth after a long career in commercial real estate and financial advisory services as well as decades of philanthropic/ volunteer work. She was a licensed paralegal years back - always useful in the real estate industry. And she and her husband founded the non-profit Wings for Falmouth Families. For 12 years she worked in the Atlanta commercial real estate industry and then returned home to Falmouth and joined Advest as a financial advisor for 9 years. She utilized her marketing skills to propel her partnership’s sales by 54% in the first year. Since 2003, her grass-roots non-profit has provided approximately $300,000 to Falmouth families during a medical crisis or tragedy and set aside another $300,000 in a self-sustaining fund to ensure the longevity of the organization. Lisa was the designer and general contractor of the home in which she and her husband live. The home is a HERS-rated, energy-efficient, passive home. This project gave her hands-on experience and knowledge in "green" building and the ins and outs of working with both the zoning and conservation committees. If her buyers or sellers have an issue with a home, she is quick to attack the problem with solutions thanks to her building knowledge and numerous contacts. As a 3rd generation Falmouth native, Community service is very important to Lisa. She was named Volunteer of the Year by both the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce and Falmouth Community Television; was a Falmouth Town Meeting Member for 9 years and served and chaired on the Falmouth Hospital Gala Committee for 8 years, just to name a few. “Helping you realize your dreams with utmost professionalism"....what Lisa promises you, her client.
